I grew up between Martinique and Paris, but have been in the UK for about 15 years. My work is mainly centred on male fashion and fitness photography.

What interests me the most is representing the diversity of contemporary modern living and the changes in masculine imagery with regards to not just fashion but physical appearance as a whole.

I used to scoff at the expressions ‘age is only a number’ and ‘follow your heart’. I never felt good enough to make a living off my photography. Being a neglected child created a lot of toxic shame and chronic low self-esteem. Although I did train as a photographer and assisted other photographers for many years, I never allowed myself to claim my place or even seriously try to get into the industry. Fear of rejection, failure and even success always got the better of me. Then the pandemic hit and getting into my 40s made me realise I’d much rather fail than regret not having even tried. The biggest lesson for me was that life cannot be taken for granted.

Not only does photography allow me to express myself creatively, but more importantly help talented fitness professionals inspire other people to change their lives and make their dreams come true.

So I’m now officially following my proverbial heart and I’m very grateful to be surrounded by such inspirational people.
